Four Shaft Shredder

Compact design permits placement anywhere in your plant without concern for noise or vibration. No special bases, bolting down or noise isolation area. If requested, special infeed systems, hopper design or mounting bases available to meet your needs. to piecone inch nominal and smaller.
Function
End plate bearings operate in self-contained oil bath.
Bottom outlet distributes material evenly for conveyor belt, auger, or pneumatic removal system.

The Patented UNTHA 4-Shaft System
Double bearings at motor end keeps cutter shafts straight and makes it easy to change cutters. End plate bearings and oil bath move on rollers for easy access to cutters and shafts. Cutters are sharpend in the UNTHA and reversed for a new cutting edge.

The Rollout System
The UNTHA rollout system permits quick and easy removal of outlet screen to change particle size. Without screen, UNTHA becomes a shredder producing cutter width strips.
